AADA CONVENTION 2011
Las Vegas, NV
MGM Grand Hotel
October 9 - 13
In addition to meeting at Conference in the spring, the Alliance members meet during Convention in the fall. Typically this meeting is held at the same time as the American Dental Association (ADA) so that Alliance members can attend while their spouses are at the ADA meeting.
Convention includes meetings for the Board of Directors, various committees, and Caucus and Reference Committee hearings leading up to the House of Delegates, or annual business meeting.
Convention is also time for the Alliance to recognize its members through a Thelma J. Neff Luncheon and a Member Projects Awards Brunch.

Whether you are attending as an Alliance member, an exhibitor, a dentist, a hygienist, an assistant, a spouse, or office staff, your help is needed to care for others "from head to toe". Simply fill a Ziploc bag with three unused items.
Please keep the items in your care kit specific to a certain age:
- a hat
- a toothbrush
- a pair of socks
Monday and Tuesday, October 10 and 11
Drop off your contribution in the MGM Grand Hotel at the Pool Lobby behind the escalators at the end of the Studio Walk. You will be greeted by Alliance members who are wearing bright yellow attire and carrying a basket. If you prefer to make a monetary donation, $10 or more is welcome also! Contributions will be collected only on Monday and Tuesday, October 10 and 11.
With your generosity and your individual participation, the Alliance of the American Dental Association will present the care kits to two not-for-profit organizations that serve Las Vegas citizens in need. What a worthy cause!
