Strengthening Alliance Ties to the ADA

In addition to meeting at Conference in the Spring, the Alliance also gathers its members during Annual Convention in the Fall. Typically this meeting is held at the same time as the American Dental Association (ADA) so that Alliance members can attend while their spouses are at the ADA meeting.

Annual Convention includes meetings for the Board of Directors, various committees, and Caucus and Reference Committee hearings leading up to the House of Delegates, or annual business meeting.

In 2008 the Alliance will meet from October 15–19, 2008 in San Antonio, TX. Click here for the revised (as of June 2008) Alliance meeting schedule.

Annual Convention is also time for the Alliance to recognize its members through the Thelma J. Neff Awards Luncheon and the AADA/ADPAC Member Award Brunch.

 

AADA 2008 Convention Hotel

As of July 1, 2008, the Alliance room block is completely full at the Hilton Palacio del Rio. If you need to make a hotel reservation, go to http://www.ada.org/goto/session and make a different selection based on the availability that is listed there.
