Each year, the Alliance holds its Conference in locations throughout the United States. This meeting provides fun, friendships, insight, motivation, and opportunities to learn about dental health education in your communities, well being for our families, and legislative advocacy for the new and seasoned Alliance member, as well as learning new skills for personal development.

Stone Mountain has a long and storied past as a site revered by both Native Americans and early settlers for its natural beauty. Stone Mountain Park is the place to have fun in the great outdoors. The park has

  • the world's largest relief carving on the biggest exposed mass of granite
  • myriad attractions from the Laser Show Spectacular to canoeing and kayaking
  • 3,200 acres of forest and miles of trail
  • a source of granite used to build structures including the US Capitol
  • a Civil War theme park

The AAA Four Diamond Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort is in a natural setting that is a short drive from the airport and downtown Atlanta's landmarks. Enjoy relaxing at The Spa at Evergreen. For the golfing enthusiast, there is a Robert Trent Jones, Sr. golf course at the 36-hole Golf Club.

How to make Hotel Reservations for Conference 2012

Reservations at the Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort can be made by either

The room rate is $135.00 Single/Double and is subject to 12% state and local taxes.

The hotel reservations deadline is Monday, March 19, 2012.

Transportation from the Atlanta Airport to the Evergreen Resort

It is approximately 26 miles from the Atlanta airport to the Evergreen Resort. Car rentals are available at the airport and parking is complimentary at the Resort. For other transportation, a list of drivers, shuttle services, etc. is being compiled so we can assist you. Conference 2012 REGISTRATION FORM

All events requiring registration are on the Registration Form. Please register for any or all events you wish to attend.  Please look at the Conference Schedule for the dates and times of all events and meetings. Here are some of the "conference highlights" taken from the schedule:

The open elected offices are President-elect, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, and Districts 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Trustees. Please review the AADA Election Policy.
